We ship to US addresses only for this drop. Orders go out in the order they were paid. A pair is packed in its numbered box inside a recycled mailer, and the box is not printed with the shoe name, so it is safe on a doorstep.
Returns
- Send back unworn pairs in the original box within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price.
- Return shipping is free. Write to us for a prepaid label.
- Pairs that have been worn outdoors cannot be refunded.
- We do not exchange sizes for this drop, because stock is limited. Return the pair and reserve again if the size you want is still available.
If something is wrong
If a pair arrives damaged or is not the size or colourway you reserved, write to hello@drop.phoenixcodes.org with your reference and a photo. We send a replacement or refund within two business days of your message.
