What we store

When you reserve

Your name, email address and state, the pairs you chose, the totals, a reference number and the time the hold ends.

When you join the waitlist

Your email address, and the size and colourway you picked.

To stop abuse

A scrambled form of your network address (a keyed hash, never the address itself) and a count of recent requests, kept for one hour.

In your browser

Your cart and your animation setting, saved in this browser only. They never reach us.

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Our server log records the request time, the page, the response code and a random request number. It does not record names, emails or network addresses.

Why we store it

• Reservation details let us hold your pairs, show your confirmation page and contact you about payment.
• Waitlist details let us write to you before the next drop and plan how many pairs to make.
• The scrambled network address limits each connection to 5 reservations and 10 waitlist sign ups an hour, so bots cannot empty the stock.

We do not sell your details and we do not share them for marketing.

Where it lives and how long

The site runs on Cloudflare. Records are kept in a Postgres database hosted by Neon in the United States (East). The confirmation page for a reservation shows only the reference, the pairs and a masked email address, such as m***********@example.com, to anyone who has the reference.

We keep reservation records for 12 months after the hold ends, for support and accounting, and then delete them. We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to remove them or the drop you signed up for has sold out.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email privacy@drop.phoenixcodes.org from the address you used, and we reply within 10 business days. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we honour them for everyone.
