Before you reserve

The countdown at the top of the home page shows the exact time in your own time zone. You can reserve pairs before it reaches zero. Your hold starts when the drop opens, not when you reserve.

There are 1,200 pairs in total, 400 in each of the three colourways: Chalk, Midnight and Signal. Each pair is numbered inside the tongue. We will not restock this run.

Yes. The next drop is a new colourway on the same last. Join the waitlist and tell us your size and favourite colourway so we can plan quantities. We email the waitlist before anyone else.

No. Reserving holds your pairs for 48 hours from the moment the drop opens. Payment is a separate step after that. This site is a demonstration, so it stops at the reservation: no payment is taken and no email is sent.

Two pairs per reservation, in any colourways and sizes. The limit keeps the drop fair. Each pair is its own line in your cart, so you can choose a different size and colourway for each.

Stock is checked at the moment you press Reserve. If a pair has gone, nothing is held, and the cart shows which line to change. Pick another size or colourway and try again.

Do nothing and the hold ends by itself after 48 hours, and the pairs go back into stock. To release them sooner, email hello@drop.phoenixcodes.org with your reference and we will do it the same day.

True to size in length, with a standard D width. The knit toe box has room for the foot to spread. The midfoot is snug by design, and the internal strap holds it in place.

Go up half a size. The heel counter and lacing hold the foot back, so a little extra length at the toe does not cause slip. Use the sizing guide on the home page to measure your foot in millimetres.

Within the United States only for this drop, with free standard shipping. Pairs leave our Los Angeles warehouse within 5 business days of payment and arrive in 2 to 5 business days.

Yes. Send back unworn pairs in the original box within 30 days of delivery and we refund the full price. Return shipping is free. Pairs worn outdoors cannot be refunded.

Use a soft brush and cold water with a drop of mild soap. Do not put the shoes in a washing machine, because heat and tumbling weaken the bonded overlays. Let them air dry away from heaters.
